Chantel Beauty Spa – Policies

Welcome to Chantel Beauty Spa. Please review the following policies prior to booking an appointment. These policies are designed to comply with California law and apply to beauty spa services only.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Refunds

All sales are final.
No refunds are provided for missed appointments, cancellations, completed services, or purchased products, as permitted under California law.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only in the event of a documented allergic reaction to a product.
Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for the same product only. Original receipt is required.

Late Arrival

Arriving late will result in a reduced service time.
Services will end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee still applies.

Service Animals

Service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California law, are welcome.
No documentation or certification may be required. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.

Children

Children are welcome; however, the spa environment is intended to be calm and relaxing.
Clients are responsible for supervising children at all times. Services may be discontinued if the environment becomes disruptive.
